Disney Raising Expectations!

Admit it, women of all ages; we’ve all raised our expectations of men due to all the Disney movies we’ve seen through the ages. It doesn’t matter if you’re 12, 22 or 32 … you’ve dreamt of your perfect prince charming riding a white horse to you while you prance in a beautiful white dress towards him. Though, variations may happen.
However, the qualities of just one prince Charming didn’t do well for us. Here’s a list of the attributes I’ve accumulated in my head over the years.

1.       Aladdin’s mischievous persona and his rogue charm that swept Jasmine off her feet. His pure heart that is thorny to find in the current era.
With heartbreak and cheating around every corner, little can be done to realize true love.

2.        Prince Charming’s immortalizing kiss that awoke Sleeping Beauty from her siesta.

3.        Flynn Rider’s smoldering smile. Oh, man, how could Rapunzel whack him in the head with that pan after she saw that smile? It was just the perfect mix of notoriety and sexiness.

4.        Hercules’s overloaded strength. Well, it’s not like the strength would be put to use on a daily basis. But, we all need a man with strong arms once in a while ;) And, if he looked hunky in the process, we wouldn’t mind that.

5.        Prince Edward’s persistence. We would all love a man who’d travel *parallel universes* for a true love’s kiss. And, if he sings while doing that, what else would anyone ever ask for?

6.        Mickey Mouse’s undying love. ‘Mickey and Minnie’ are my favorite Disney couple yet. They represent unending love without commitment. Haha, we all secretly have a thing for thaaat!

So, this is a brief list of some heart melting characteristics. Unrealistic, yes. But, just a part of a really lavish dream we vision.
Hope it was relatable ;)
